Could you suggest any other female artists that we could look into please?

This is a Question that I get asked a lot, in various forms. I myself have experienced the frustration of sitting in front of the computer, trying to find female artists that link with the ‘Topic’ or ‘History’ theme for that term. So, in a fairly non organised but quick way, here is a list of SOME female artists with suggestions for links…This is not an exhaustive or particularly refined list but hopefully is is helpful nonetheless!
